Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of intake forms
• Vitals
• Greeting patients
• Explain after care instructions
• Creating a warm and comforting environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Must have an active LPN or LVN license in TX or compact state if applicable

Required Skills:

• Bi-Lingual communication skills
